It helps attendees in developing essential interpersonal skills in group work environments. The purpose is to improve team dynamics among groups, as well as helping leaders facilitate team performance. The training approach is hands-on workshop with group activities to practice and develop the presented skills, so that attendees can put the learned skills on direct application in their jobs. Attendees will receive handouts of the training materials. Free catering and beverages are available all day long. A certificate of attendance will be issued to attendees at the end of the training.
