It gives background about CMMI models in general and their intended uses, then explores the components of the CMMI-SVC models and explains the meaning and implementation of each component. CMMI-SVC is the service management maturity model that helps service providers in improving their processes.

Attendees will receive handouts of the training materials. Free catering and beverages are available all day long. A certificate of attendance will be issued to attendees at the end of the training.
